In 1976 Eliseo DeSantis started up his own pizzeria named after himself, Eliseo's Pizza. In 1989, Eliseo purchased Yala's Pizza. Eliseo was more than happy to combine the pizzerias promising to keep both family traditions alive; to this day he and his family have kept this promise. His passing left a mark on the family and in the community, rebranding Yala's Pizza to Fran's Pizza to honor his wife for all the years of hard work she put into their business. On a lucky day you can still see Frances and their son, Frank, working at the shop checking up on everyone!
